Digital products

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products (PDFs, video programs, and digital guides), all sales are final once the product has been delivered or accessed.

Exceptions

If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents access to your purchased product, or if you believe you received the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, which may include re-delivery or, in exceptional circumstances, a refund.
